We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid media initiatives for the Personal Workspace Solutions (PWS) division. This role requires a proven track record in managing global paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a media agency and the ability to work in a team within a matrix organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive global paid media strategies to promote Logitech's Personal Workspace solutions, aligning with overall marketing objectives and regional market nuances.
2. Leverage in-depth knowledge of the paid media ecosystem in Europe, North America (China and the Asia-Pacific region experience advantageous) to tailor campaigns that resonate with local audiences.
3. Work closely with global and regional marketing teams, e-commerce teams, and external digital creative agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all paid media efforts.
4. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
5. Manage and allocate the paid media budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient strategies that maximize performance across the full funnel.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 3-5 years in digital marketing with a focus on paid media; prior experience in a media agency is highly desirable.
2. Demonstrated experience managing paid media campaigns on a global scale, with a deep understanding of local digital landscapes and consumer behaviors.
3. Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.
5. Ability to work independently within a matrix organization, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
