Job Description:
* Act as the primary HR contact for a designated part of the organization, ensuring comprehensive HR support.
* Manage the full employee lifecycle within the assigned business units, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and departures.
* Drive the recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, including advertisement management, candidate selection, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
* Monitor and support employees in cases of illness, accidents, maternity leaves, and return-to-work processes.
* Ensure proactive absenteeism management, working closely with leadership to address concerns.
* Advise and coach managers and employees, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and professional development.
* Lead and facilitate challenging conversations, including disciplinary actions and termination discussions.
* Draft and manage employment contracts and work certificates, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
* Participate in key HR projects, contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and best practices.
* Support and implement change management initiatives within business units.
* Plan and organize internal events to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
Minimum Requirements:
A successful HR BP should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Some experience in HR with exposure to business partnering.
* Proficiency in English and French.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A strategic mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
