Drive Sales Success in Life Sciences
Raise the bar for sales excellence in the life sciences sector with Revvity. As a Sales Specialist, you'll lead our reagents sales efforts across Switzerland & South Germany, expanding our Life Science Reagents Portfolio and representing Revvity to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead strategic initiatives to exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
2. Develop accurate forecasts to inform business decisions.
3. Nurture customer relationships through proactive outreach and industry event participation.
4. Craft tailored proposals to meet customer needs during on-site visits.
5. Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities within client accounts.
6. Employ an account mapping approach to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical resources and seamless customer communication.
8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent (molecular biology, biotechnology, biochemistry preferred).
2. Demonstrated understanding of cell biology and biochemistry principles.
3. Proven track record in life sciences sales, particularly in reagents & consumables.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, engaging stakeholders across sectors.
5. Self-motivated, results-driven individual with adept negotiation skills.
6. Collaborative team player willing to share knowledge and support colleagues.
7. Proficiency in German and English; Italian proficiency advantageous.
8. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
