• Solution design and reviews for ongoing Finance related projects defined under Service Description and Deliverables. Follow-up on the closure of observations
• Preparation and governance of large enhancements implementation
• CAB Preparation and Management for Finance and Procurement area by ensuring the proposed solutions and effort estimation are correct
• Hands-on work on the assigned projects and enhancements according to the clients defined processes.
• Standards Governance; review requirements, processes, and solution design in terms of CORE standards by functional experts and project team members.
• Support Stability Board and ensure SOX compliancy of delivered solutions
• Analysis of demand, communication to business and vendors who will implement solution.
• Provide feedbacks and alignment with Service delivery team on the Feasibility topics, Preparation activities for any new Demands
• Contribute to scoping workshops, Solution design for new requirements, Design and prepare Functional specification
• Key Design Decisions in the Finance/Purchasing area – provide a functional assessment of the business requirement (STOP documents)
• Review High level solution design & efforts submitted by Solution deployment team
• Facilitating High level / Detailed effort estimates and solution design for Demand, large enhancements and Projects
• Assess the solution design and complexity and provide timely effort estimation
• Execute Project reviews before tollgates as solution design reviewer
• Perform IT approval, review, toll gates in course of the implementation
• Perform Quality assurance through testing and documentation
• Execute unit testing and system-integration testing. Responsible for defect solution during testing cycles
• Support for Go-live and Hyper care and Handover to Support team
• Proactive risk and impact assessment on the dependent objects
• Assess and act on conflict management to resolve inter-dependencies
• Support to TT deployment Team in adapting Standard and extend guidance wherever required
• Provide support for escalations on incidents and support items
• Knowledge transfer to Internal associates & Strategic Vendors
• Approval of Change Requests, documents (incl e Functional Specifications=, Functional review of WRICEF, Test script documents, Service orders etc.
• Approve/execute OQs (Test Cases) in Proton, CR / CD approvals in NovaSol and support smooth PtP (Movement to Production)
