On behalf of our Client, we are looking for:
Contract duration: 1 year
Your Responsibilities: Daily communication with customers via Teams and email.
Handling and processing customer inquiries.
Managing and monitoring customer orders.
Serving as the first point of contact for the international sales team.
Acting as a liaison between external partners, production, and logistics.
Understanding logistical processes and their interconnections.
What You Bring: Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
Basic knowledge of SAP.
Experience in customer interaction and escalation management.
Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
Good MS Office skills, especially in Outlook, and basic knowledge of Excel.
Independent and structured working style.
