1. Vocational training in the field of IT-Systemintegration or similar.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supporting end users.
3. Demonstrated experience in working within a global organization.
4. Skilled in the principles of IT service operations processes: incident management, problem management, request fulfilment, access management, asset management.
5. Proven Teamplayer and outstanding interpersonal
6. Excellent customer focus and communication skills
7. Fluent in German and advanced in English
