To Be Successful, You'll Need To Have
* At least 10 years of experience in a senior managerial role focused on Finance and Strategy at the executive C-suite level.
* Experience working in a rapidly evolving aerospace company.
* Proven success in completing large-scale funding rounds valued at €50M+ in the space industry.
* Strong experience working with key investors and stakeholders in the space ecosystem.
* Familiarity with corporate law, management best practices, and evolving business systems.
* The ability to drive corporate financial developments independently when needed, while fostering a collaborative attitude toward business goals.
* Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively across all levels of an organisation.
* Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, and presentation, paired with active listening and engagement.
* The ability to delegate finance, corporate development, marketing, and communications tasks across a growing business.
