Reimagining Data Deletion Processes for an Insurance Company
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager – Data Deletion to lead two critical Workstreams remotely from Germany.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Elicit business requirements, conduct system analysis, define data structures, and document data lineage.
2. Support solution design activities and ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
3. Contribute to the development of a Target Operating Model (TOM) for sustainable future deletion processes.
4. Cultivate collaboration between internal business analysts, implementation partners, and IT stakeholders.
5. Maintain close ties with the test manager, supporting testing and sign-off processes.
6. Lead go-live planning and execution, including risk management and issue resolution.
7. Act as the central point of contact for both business and IT, fostering clear, structured, and effective communication.
8. Assist the overall project manager with reporting, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Your Profile:
1. Prior experience in project management, preferably in complex IT/business environments.
2. Strong technical understanding, with experience in insurance systems or related industries.
3. Experience with data deletion and anonymization projects or similar data privacy initiatives is highly desirable.
4. Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
5. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with business and IT teams.
6. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
7. Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.
