We are looking for a Solution Consultant Managed Services to join our Managed Services team based in Chiasso, TI. You will participate in the run for all our Core Banking solutions.
Your role:
* Manage FNZ Applications in production environments, guaranteeing quality & stability for our Private Banking customers
* Use FNZ tools to ensure application monitoring and operations, contributing to their evolution
* Apply best practice processes on customers’ environments and participate in the elaboration of procedures and processes necessary for the Managed Services team
* Contribute to the regular activity reporting and KPI calculation
* Ensure documentation of processes, procedures and configurations
* Be in charge of Managed Services customers’ relationship, focused on Production topics
* Actively collaborate with other FNZ Switzerland teams (Development, IT, Professional Services)
* Early (before 6am) or Late (after 8pm) shifts are to be expected
* Rotations between home-office and office work to be expected
Your profile:
* University degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 5 - 10 years of relevant working experience
* Experience in Application Management
* Strong Knowledge & experience on technologies like RHEL Linux, Windows, Unix
* Familiarity with database technology is required: Oracle and SQL Server
* Experience with system scripting like shell scripts, batch
* Good knowledge of IT infrastructure principles
* Experience in the use of ticketing systems
* Experience in Customer interaction
* Knowledge of ITIL is considered a plus
* Knowledge of Zabbix and VTOM is considered a plus
* Knowledge of monitoring and operations tools is considered a plus
* Experience in Asset Management or Private Banking is considered a plus
* Good written and spoken English
* Able to communicate efficiently
* Good team player and able to build positive and collaborative relationships with all teams in FNZ
