Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Assembly Team Manager to lead our team of assembly leaders in the internal and external installation of our isolators for customers worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resources, planning budgets, and ensuring efficient, high-quality project execution.
About the Role
The Assembly Team Manager will be responsible for:
* Managing a team of 15 assembly leaders
* Planning and allocating resources
* Ensuring timely project execution
* Developing and improving internal processes
* Fostering employee growth and development
* Collaborating with stakeholders across departments
* Contributing to divisional strategy and future planning
Key Responsibilities
* Team management: Supervise and motivate the team of assembly leaders to achieve targets
* Budget planning: Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure cost-effective project execution
* Project execution: Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high quality standards
* Process improvement: Continuously develop and refine internal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Employee development: Foster personal and professional growth among team members
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Basic technical training with industrial foreman or technician certification
* Several years of experience in industrial management and leadership
* Experience with key performance indicators (KPI) and lean management
* Fluency in German and English languages
