Job Requirements
* Pilot Non-Conformity (NC) processes, ensuring Quality-Delivery-Cost balance.
* Analyze and lead Quality Circles, leveraging technical expertise on products and manufacturing processes.
* Resolve NCs via 8D, 5-Why, and 6M methodologies, collaborating across departments.
* Foster cost-risk-benefit balanced solutions.
* Coordinate NC-handover to QA-Supplier teams and related departments.
* Prioritize NCs and actions to satisfy clients and secure deliveries.
* Implement and request implementation of NC actions.
* Elevate complex or blocking issues.
* Follow-up NC treatment and drive closure.
* Present NC resolutions during closing sessions.
* Support Development and Engineering Change projects.
* Participate in Phase Reviews and continual improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Mechanics, Microtechnics, Electrotechnics, Material Science, Physics, or equivalent.
* Deep knowledge in mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and surface treatments.
* Certified internal auditor (plus).
* At least 15 years of experience in R&D, Quality, or Production Engineering.
* Experience in Clients / Certification / Supplier audits (asset).
* Fluent in English and French; German (plus).
* Complex problem-solving experience.
* Regulated industry experience (plus).
* Hands-on approach with cross-department collaboration.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Team-spirited and autonomous with continuous improvement mindset.
