You will complete and update supplier files: support the completion of comprehensive supplier profiles, ensuring all relevant information (financials, performance, sustainability efforts, etc.) is updated and accessible for effective procurement management.
You will monitor business evolution: Track and analyze supplier business figures, including financial data and performance metrics, to assess trends and areas for improvement.
You will improve our KPI Tracking: Assist in monitoring and reporting key performance indicators for supplier performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and identifying areas for optimization.
You will evaluate and document the sustainability practices of current and prospective suppliers, aligning with the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals.
Assess Supply Chain Risks: Analyze and report on potential risks associated with supplier dependency, market changes, or logistical challenges, and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.
You will support indirect procurement projects.
You will prepare reports and presentations summarizing supplier performance, sustainability initiatives, and risk assessments, to be shared with senior management.
You will provide general support for administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and document management related to supplier relationships.
You Will Fit Perfectly Into Our Team If
You have a first practice of Project Manager / Leader activities.
You currently study for a Master’s degree in Project Management, Strategic Procurement, Supply Chain / Supply Chain Management Certification or Project Management Certification is a plus.
You can put forward your solid experience in back office administration.
You have project management and procurement practices appetency.
You have advanced data analytics and algorithmic skills.
You speak English and French fluently.
