How you can make an impact:
* Develop and implement standard service solutions (especially modernizations and digital solutions) with customers, suppliers, engineering, purchasing, sales, and management.
* Manage a significant budget, strategically allocating resources to maximize return on investment and ensure effective reporting and financial accountability.
* Continuously analyze the market, as well as customer and competition together with the sales team and implement customer needs in innovative products.
* Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure that product strategies are cohesive and aligned with overall business objectives.
* Stay at the forefront of railway industry trends and innovations adapting strategies to maintain competitiveness and brand leadership.
* Represent Stadler as an ambassador in regular contact with customers and actively maintain this relationship.
* Evaluate and define the international product strategy together with the top management and sales team.
* Train Stadler organization in new service products and implement standard material like product descriptions, offer templates, etc.
How you will contribute:
* Completed studies in the field of transport systems, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or economics.
* Professional experience in industry, ideally in sales, product management, and/or service.
* Experience/further training in product management.
* Experience in the railway industry is seen as a big plus.
* Open and communicative.
* Good knowledge of German and English; other languages are an advantage.
* Independent working style, analytical ability, and willingness to make a move forward.
* Willingness to travel across Europe (20%).
