The Job in Brief
* Job Title: Business Development Manager
* Work Model: Hybrid from Switzerland
* Team: You will join the Ancillary team within the Platform department
* Level: Professional
* Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (36 hours/week)
* Travel Time Required: Average 5-10% (Commercial Events EMEA)
Your Impact
* Market & Competitor Analysis: Identify new products, market gaps, and trends
* Supplier Scouting: Research, evaluate, and track potential partners
* Business Case Development: Assess opportunities and engage stakeholders
* Revenue Growth: Propose and track new ancillary product opportunities
* Contract Negotiation: Support discussions and collaborate with Legal
* Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding
* Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing partners, monitor performance, and optimize collaboration
Qualifications
Your Expertise
* Experience: Business development in travel, e-commerce, or related fields
* Skills: Negotiation, analytics, stakeholder management
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in data tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Language: Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
* Experience: Previous experience in similar roles or industry
* Technical Skills: Knowledge of SQL is a plus
