Job Responsibilities
1. Data Management:
* Collect, verify, and maintain the accuracy of HR data on a monthly basis.
* Generate statistics, prepare HR reports, analyses, and relevant ratios to support informed decision-making.
2. Project Management:
* Contribute to the design, implementation, and integration of global HR projects, processes, or tools in various HR areas (e.g., performance management, succession planning).
* Take ownership of assigned HR projects with a proactive approach, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
* Suggest improvements to optimize existing tools and HR processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Business Partnering:
* Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects and activities.
* Serve as the liaison between headquarters and local entities, supporting the implementation of new guidelines and initiatives, managing internal communication, and providing necessary information.
* Act as a point of contact at HQ, offering advice on HR issues or requests.
4. Compliance & Sustainability:
* Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and human rights standards, promoting a culture of compliance and social responsibility.
* Provide guidance on social law compliance topics, supporting employees in their roles.
* Assist in policy development and implement actions in line with EU requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
5. Recruitment:
* Manage recruitment processes (job postings, screening, initial interviews) or facilitate candidate selection for key local positions (e.g., GM, CFO, HR).
6. Compensation & Benefits:
* Participate in the global annual salary review process, implementing guidelines and tools, and verifying individual allocations.
* Advise entities on designing remuneration systems to ensure competitiveness and talent retention, aligning compensation with business objectives.
7. Performance/Talent Management:
* Oversee the performance evaluation system for white-collar employees, ensuring fairness and consistency.
* Train local HRs on the process as needed, promoting knowledge sharing and capacity building.
* Advise local HRs on performance management for blue-collar employees, tailoring approaches to meet specific needs.
* Monitor the implementation of succession plans, identifying and developing future leaders.
8. Administrative Support:
* Oversee the organization of entities (e.g., org charts, management teams, HRIS implementation), ensuring efficient operations.
* Track new entities and ensure proper onboarding, facilitating smooth integration.
* Communicate major changes to relevant stakeholders, maintaining transparency and open communication.
9. Communication and People Development:
* Develop training programs on relevant HR topics to enhance local HR skills, promoting professional growth.
* Organize regular communication for managing directors and local HRs, fostering collaboration and shared understanding.
* Manage the onboarding process for new local HRs, ensuring a supportive transition.
10. HR System:
* Support the implementation of global HR systems, driving standardization and best practices.

The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with:
* A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a regional or global HR management role.
* A university degree in human resources, legal, or a relevant field.
* Experience working with blue-collar employees and multi-site operations, a plus.
