Key Responsibilities
* Define trade marketing strategy, ensuring coherency with brand image and global plans, allocating budget to meet defined targets.
* Engage in client meetings to present and negotiate win-win trade plans, ensuring alignment on vision, execution, and expected outcomes.
* Craft local go-to-market for product launches, orchestrating all marketing initiatives from initial concept to final execution.
* Ensure flawless in-store execution, maintaining highest standards of excellence for flagship doors.
* Drive creation and installation of new personalized corners with key stakeholders, elevating brand image and customer experience.
* Adapt and implement visual merchandising guidelines, elevating brand image and ensuring efficient product portfolio coherency.
Marketing Amplification
* Lead PR and social media initiatives, ensuring strong brand presence and engagement, setting clear targets and expectations.
* Coordinate product seeding strategies, fostering relationships with local influencers and key opinion leaders through a curated program.
* Plan and execute trade events and PR activations, enhancing brand awareness and driving customer engagement.
Business Analytics
* Establish clear marketing performance targets, monitoring and analysing results, making recommendations to improve campaigns.
* Consolidate and share best practices, experiences, and expertise with internal and external stakeholders.
* Recommend investment priorities, track marketing budget, and evaluate ROI, reviewing forecasts to respond to market changes or strategic shifts.
* Synthesize latest trends, innovations, competitive watch, and consumer insights into actionable strategies.
Requirements
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury or beauty industry, with direct interaction with retail partners.
A proven track record of developing high-impact marketing initiatives while ensuring adherence to brand identity. Expertise in PR and social media strategies to amplify brand presence and engage target audiences effectively.
Data-driven and results-oriented, you excel in analyzing marketing performance, making strategic recommendations, and optimizing campaigns to drive brand growth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
