Senior Global Digital Marketing Manager In this role as Senior Global Digital Marketing Manager you will focus on integrating advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), marketing automation, and data-driven insights to optimize online campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
Your responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive global digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and vision.
Collaborate with the Digital Strategy leadership to integrate digital initiatives into the broader business strategy.
Leverage AI, machine learning, and emerging digital tools to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Optimize campaign performance and digital touchpoints through data-driven insights.
Foster collaboration across regional marketing teams to ensure alignment between global strategies and local execution.
Your profile:
Sound experience in digital marketing, with global or regional responsibilities in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrated expertise in online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and performance marketing strategies.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Acquia) and CRM (e.g., Veeva CRM).
Proficient in UX design principles, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Strong understanding of marketing tools, data analytics, and SEO best practices.
Expert in reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Matomo).
Previous experience working collaboratively with regional and cross-functional teams.
