Your mission
We are looking for a Show Production Manager for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, to work for a temporary period from December 2024 to the end of May 2025. The role involves approximately 80 working days (with a varying workload). As part of the ESC Show Team, your tasks will be the following:
* planning and supervising all early run-throughs for opening and interval acts
* working closely with the Line Producer and technical teams
* managing the production and procurement of props
(coordination, cost analysis, compiling quotes, monitoring budget, on-time delivery)
* Drawing up, managing and overseeing contracts with music acts, groups and creative professionals.
* Ensuring that contracts meet the ESC Standards.
* Working with labels and management teams to resolve legal issues and contract details.
* Managing and supervising styling and costumes
* Ensuring that costumes are ordered, delivered and altered in good time
* Working closely with costume designers
* Supervising and managing the budget for styling and costume production
* Organising storage and care of costumes during production
* Coordinating the hair & make-up team
* Acting as main contact for all the Show Team's LED-related requirements
* Working closely with technicians and engineers
* Managing, supervising and organising the LED content for the show
Your profile
* You have several years of experience working as a production manager or in a similar role
* You are a team player and have worked in interdisciplinary teams with creatives, technicians and artists
* You have excellent planning and organisational skills
* You are able to keep your cool in stressful situations
* You are fluent in spoken and written English; German or French would be useful as a second language
* You are keen to work in an intensive and dynamic production environment and demonstrate the necessary flexibility
