What you'll be doing here You will coordinate and manage a sub-project in the SNSF research project "Forming Culture: Value-driven Assessment and Transformation to achieve Baukultur in a new Participatory Approach" (part of NRP 81 Baukultur)
You will research innovative participatory methods (based on the technique of cultural probes) and develop concrete instruments for the sustainable transformation of Baukultur
You will coordinate cooperation within the framework of the research programme, with the practice partners and other stakeholders
You will prepare and publish research results for experts and for the general public and take on organisational and administrative tasks
The interviews will take place on March 7, 2025 in Bern
What you'll bring with you PhD in spatial sociology, architectural sociology, social design, human geography or a related field
Knowledge of processes and roles in the field of Baukultur and experience with design research methods, including participatory design, qualitative and ethnographic methods
Experience in inter- and transdisciplinary project work and a high degree of independence
Strong organisational skills as well as the ability to work in a team, motivation and commitment
Excellent knowledge of English, German and French
