ServiceNow Technical Consultant
This role supports customers in implementing and using ServiceNow for IT service management solutions in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform and support complex development approaches.
* Act as a trusted Technical Advisor/Expert.
* Implement complex functionalities using front-end and back-end capabilities.
* Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
* Produce technical documentation.
* Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as an IT developer and 3 years' experience on ServiceNow.
* Experience in consulting external customers.
* Strong experience in software development life cycles.
* Extensive experience on technical implementations of ServiceNow modules.
* In-depth knowledge of ITSM application processes.
* Scripting proficiency in ServiceNow.
* Capacity to travel.
* Fluent in English and German.
