Job Responsibilities
The Louis Vuitton Host is the client's first point of contact in store, responsible for initiating their journey through a warm welcome and effectively determining their needs.
* Welcome clients with courtesy and professionalism, providing an excellent first impression of our brand.
* Determine client needs and provide direction towards relevant departments or people inside the store.
* Manage the daily client appointment calendar.
* Support management team on duty in managing waiting time and client flow.
* Collaborate with the store team to create a seamless client experience aligned with the Louis Vuitton Promise and brand standards.
