About the Job:
You will proactively target and headhunt passive talent using creative approaches and strategic use of internal databases, LinkedIn, social media, and online marketing.
Your responsibilities will include identifying new clients, developing business relationships, and prospecting hiring managers to recruit the right talent.

About You:
1. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
2. A keen eye for details and good researching skills.
3. Good knowledge of social media (LinkedIn, Twitter) and job boards tools.
4. Fluent in German and English; knowledge in French is a plus.
5. Experience/knowledge of mechatronics/automation or another field related to Engineering is a strong bonus.
