In Experis Switzerland we are looking for an Operations Manager to join the team of one of our most renowned clients in Zurich.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Purchase To Pay Improvements & Delivery
* Drive accountability and E2E ownership – responsiveness, quality, effectiveness
* Performance Management “what gets measured, gets done”
* Review KPIs and key supplier statement recs weekly/monthly and provide governance layer
* Partner with the business work closely with the BUS to embed spend policy + chatbot usage
* Facilitate and act as a catalyst for change with IT and transformation team. Work closely with IT + Transformation team to deliver improvements (Arrow, one P2P system, supplier onboarding)
SKILLS:
* Five years experience in a purchase to pay management role
* Project Management - proven ability to deliver tangible process improvements and E2E organizational change
* Astute IT literacy (ideally SAP), excellent (succinct) communicator, intuitive (effective) influencer across all stakeholder groups
* English fluent, German and other Swiss languages are considered an advantage
