Job Title: Associate Specialist, Planning & Scheduling
We are a research-driven biopharmaceutical company with a mission to create impactful medicines and vaccines by following the science.
Our ideal candidate is highly motivated and possesses strong technical knowledge within the label printing group. They will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, working closely with the label team lead.
Responsibilities:
* Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the label printing group, providing support to internal stakeholders such as Planning and Quality.
* Assist the print technician group in troubleshooting and resolving technical and SAP-related issues.
* Escalate timely issues to the team lead.
* Develop and manage workload planning and forecasting.
* Provide support for Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), deviations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) within the label printing area.
* Monitor and maintain accurate records of workload in the label printing team.
* Lead team meetings and provide guidance to the label printing team.
* Measure and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the label printing team.
* Support capacity calculation models and act as deputy for the team lead function.
* Train and support staff on the automated label inspection system.
* Coordinate Batch Notifications for the label printing area.
* Collaborate actively with internal and external auditors.
* Print and inspect clinical labels using the SAP Labelling Solution.
* Ensure a compliant goods-receipt process for clinical labels.
Your Profile:
* Bilingual: English and German required (minimum B1-B2 level).
* Strong technical interest and knowledge, particularly in Zebra thermal transfer printers and SAP software.
* Demonstrated attention to detail with a strong Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) mindset.
* Analytical, planning, and communication skills.
* Proven problem-solving and result-oriented abilities.
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI desirable.
