In this role, you will provide end-to-end management of HTA submissions and price negotiation in Germany, Switzerland & Austria for specific products and their indications, ensuring timely alignment on strategy with affiliate and global teams. You will manage cross-functional input into the submission and negotiation strategy by working in conjunction with the medical and commercial team at an affiliate level as well as with Market Access and pricing at a global level.
In this role, a typical day might include the following:
1. Working with affiliate Market Access leads and Global teams to ensure robust and timely HTA submissions to HTA bodies in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
2. Managing cross-functional teams and external vendors for the preparation of dossiers according to §35a SGB V.
3. Developing Market Access and pricing strategies, leading the preparation of local price negotiations as part of the price negotiation team.
4. Identifying innovative solutions for Market Access, including innovative pricing and contracting arrangements with national payers.
5. Supporting data analysis in areas of G-BA benefit assessment, access, pricing, and brand performance.
6. Monitoring and analyzing the competitor environment on HTA outcomes and pricing developments.
7. Monitoring and analyzing regional Market Access developments as well as governmental changes with implications for Regeneron products.
8. Supporting country teams to ensure each brand has appropriate Market Access plans in place to execute the global strategy within the context of the local payer environment.
9. Analyzing new indications or new product launches, assessing potential and value stories, and considering regulatory and label implications.
10. Establishing and expanding resilient relationships with relevant stakeholders to form strategic partnerships.

In order to be considered, you have experience in a Market Access and/or Pricing role in the pharmaceuticals or consultancy sector within a multi-disciplinary, matrix, and global context. You have experience in delivering HTA submissions and you possess strong experience in devising and implementing Market Access strategies and achieving exceptional results for products. Ideally, you hold a post-graduate qualification such as an MBA, MSc, PhD, or equivalent. You have experience in the Oncology therapeutic area and possess good scientific awareness relative to drug development. Work experience in an international context is preferred but not mandatory.
