Job description: The Opportunity
As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play an important role in supporting the Commercial Manager to expand Puig's presence on European Online Retailers. Your role includes collaborating closely with Marketing and Digital Business teams to ensure a cohesive and engaging brand experience across all e-retail platforms.
In your role, you will help enhance brand visibility, ensuring that Puig's products are effectively promoted and positioned in the competitive online marketplace. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with European e-retailers, optimizing online strategies, and contributing to the overall success of Puig's digital initiatives.
What you'll get to do
Online Account Management
* Own and manage e-trade plans, including scheduling, development, and follow-up of e-retail campaigns.
* Provide partners with necessary assets and information for campaign activations.
* Ensure impeccable visibility of Puig brands on retailer websites, adhering to global guidelines.
* Develop and update product and brand pages and identify new visibility opportunities.
* Schedule weekly planning meetings with retailers and maintain constant communication with all accounts.
* Monitor competitors' activities and identify new opportunities.
* Support to partners and Commercial Manager in their executive tasks.
Reporting & Coordination
* Evaluate the impact of e-retail campaigns based on retailers' data sharing.
* Plan and track all investments, adhering to the yearly budget.
* Monitor sell-out and VMS results.
* Interact with various internal stakeholders:
o Marketing team: brand calendar, brand strategy, digital media campaigns.
o Digital Business team: guidelines, digital assets.
o Global and Regional teams: special projects, information, and best practice sharing.
o Retail team: coordination and execution of in-store plans
We'd love to meet you if you have
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience:A minimum of 2 years of professional experience of eCommerce with retailers, marketplaces, or direct-to-consumer platforms, strong skills in account management, sales planning, forecasting, and reporting, and experience working with multi-functional teams.
Languages:Fluency in English is mandatory, French and/or Spanish is a plus.
Technical & Soft Skills
* Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
* Understanding of SEO/SEM and digital media is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills to measure tools and metrics to provide actionable insights from data.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work with strict deadlines across multiple functions.
* Ability to work in a local and global matrix organization.
* Good written and oral communicator.
