Manager Licensee Technical Support
Responsibilities:
1. Register and process all incoming error reports (NCR) and non-standard requests (RAE) from licensees and manufacturers.
2. Supporting licensees in technical matters.
3. Ensure that technical clarifications and responses are completed as per KPIs.
4. Establish and maintain relations with licensees.
5. Coordinate clarifications with experts and other internal bodies.
6. Registering incoming and outgoing correspondence.
7. Translate technical answers into English, considering cultural and political aspects.
8. Distribute TCL and SL to licensees and ship owners.
9. Manage in collaboration with other stakeholders WinDB (data base).
10. Support and Maintain customer portal with colleagues in TLS group.
11. Together with colleagues in TLS group hosting licensees when they visit Winterthur. This can be for high level visitors to trainees.
12. Report all activities with regards to technical support requests from licensees.

19. Good technical understanding of 2-stroke engines.
20. MS Office, especially Excel and PPT.
21. Business level in written English.
22. Approaching with a mature mindset, focusing on the best possible outcome/solution for WinGD and partners.
