Key Responsibilities
1. Develop Strong Customer Relationships:
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to align solutions with their business strategies, challenges, and goals.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
4. Moderate customer relationship management meetings to ensure alignment and mutual understanding.
5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects, presenting and promoting network products and solutions to customers.
6. Promote sales by preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals.
7. Conduct regular meetings with customers to review their needs and provide updates on client solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met, organizing and participating in industry events, workshops, and seminars.
Market Analysis and Reporting
1. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing efforts.
2. Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams to drive business growth and improvement.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status, preparing regular reports on account status.
Qualifications
1. Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2. Customer-centric spirit with the ability to align with internal processes.
3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
4. Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the tech sector.
5. Solid understanding of network technologies and solutions.
6. Proficiency in English and French.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience working with major carrier customers in the region.
2. Knowledge of network products and solutions.
3. Technical background or understanding of telecommunications infrastructure.
