Are you a senior software engineer / architect and onboarding technical delivery / initiative manager looking to join our Records Management Governance & Services (RMGS) crew? Do you want to drive the accelerated onboarding of the former Credit-Suisse applications records into the ELAR records management system of CDRM?
1. Ensure broad strategic alignment with the various internal and external stakeholders.
2. Technically contribute to and lead the implementation of the onboarding of former Credit-Suisse applications records.
3. Create and maintain a professional and sustainable network with the different partners on all seniority levels throughout the various departments involved.

Your team
This role is part of the Records Management Governance & Services (RMGS) crew within CDRM. ELAR Platform is the largest document records management repository of the former Credit-Suisse, containing to date more than 190 billion records. You will become part of an inspiring team with many highly skilled specialists and get the opportunity to work in an agile oriented international environment (global teams in CH, APAC, and USA), closely working together with dedicated business/product professionals.
Your expertise
1. Technical University Degree (alternatively provable equivalent education in this domain).
2. In-depth knowledge of the ELAR Platform (6+ years) as well as the former CS banking mainframe.
3. Ideally 10+ years hands-on experience as Senior Mainframe Software Engineer as well as Technical Delivery Manager, with proven successful delivery of high-visibility projects, with an excellent technical background including knowledge and hands-on experience in all aspects of the development life cycle: planning, requirements analysis and engineering, system architecture and design, engineering, software development, testing, maintenance, and support.
4. Expert in performance tuning by implementing advanced concepts of DB2, SQLs, JCLs, Control-M Schedulers and PL/1 programs.
5. Hands-on experience in onboarding records of various applications into ELAR platform along with its integration with other tools & technologies using MQ & Webservices & automation of processes using REXX.
6. Proven senior level technical knowledge (7+ years) of large records management systems.
7. Passion and dedication for engineering excellence, experience of driving agile delivery best practice and encouraging creative or visionary thinking in a traditional environment.
8. Good people management abilities and excellent communication skills with very good command of the English language (C level, both written and spoken). German is not mandatory but of advantage.
