Audi F1 Project - Shape the Future of Motorsport
Audi is embarking on a new chapter in the world of motorsport by participating in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting in 2026.
Our team operates from two strategically located facilities: the Audi Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany, and the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil, Switzerland. The former serves as the hub for Power Unit development, while the latter focuses on chassis development and race operations. This synergy between the two locations will enable us to create a unified works team.
Your Mission:
1. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking information on approvals, social security, time tracking, and other HR-related matters.
2. In close collaboration with HR Business Partners, you will be responsible for creating and managing employment contracts.
3. You will ensure the accurate entry of master data into our HR system and facilitate interactions with various authorities.
4. You will record sickness and accidents, process these cases with external parties, and maintain our time tracking system.
5. You will plan and execute the monthly Welcome Event for new employees.
6. You will organize exit interviews and prepare reference letters.
7. You will contribute to the creation and optimization of HR processes.
8. You will provide support in HR projects and help implement the company's strategy.
Your Profile:
* You must have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
* Possess further education in the field of Human Resources, such as an HR Assistant or equivalent qualification.
* Demonstrate good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security systems.
* Exhibit an independent, detail-oriented, and reliable work style.
* Harness experience with SAP, ideally including SAP Fiori and Personio.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
* Display high IT affinity for our upcoming digitalization projects.
* Show strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with an international team.
