New Position: Business Development Manager (Chinese & English) - Automotive, Zürich
T-TALENT is recruiting for an innovative automotive brand expanding into the Swiss market! We’re looking for a Business Development Manager speaking Chinese & English to play a crucial role in growing this brand’s dealership network across Switzerland and supporting its strategic growth in Europe.
In this role, you will:
* Drive Network Expansion: Identify and establish partnerships with key players, negotiate agreements, and manage dealer onboarding.
* Build Relationships: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with dealership partners to align with the brand’s values and standards.
* Analyze the Market: Conduct research on the Swiss automotive and EV landscape to uncover growth opportunities and trends.
* Optimize Performance: Develop strategies to support dealers in sales, marketing, and operational excellence.
* Represent the Brand: Attend industry events and promote the brand’s vision and mission.
Qualifications:
* Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or network management—ideally within the automotive or EV industry.
* Languages: Fluent in Chinese and English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
* Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a bonus.
* Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with an understanding of EV technology and Swiss and Chinese business cultures.
