In order to strengthen our export, sales force in Europe and Africa, we are recruiting a talented Perfume Area Sales Manager for the Export Europe-Africa market.
This role is part of our perfume business unit based in Neuch&tel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial and marketing activities within European and African domestic markets, excluding affiliates.
Key Accountabilities:
* Proactively drive distributor partners on strategic and commercial business development of Bulgari Parfums in the market.
* Monitor market activities, assess distribution compliance with Bulgari guidelines, and enhance performance by reporting sales analysis and marketing plans.
* Lead direct negotiations at retail level for strategic projects and support distributors for key projects and new business opportunities.
* Manage area P&L with clear objectives to improve Operating Profit and Contribution Margin.
* Establish yearly and long-term business plans for territories of competency, leveraging local specificities and dynamics while aligning with company strategy and DNA.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including distributor ownership/management, retail partners, media/PR community, JWA DOS & Franchisee.
Profile:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the fragrance or luxury industry. Your profile should include:
* A minimum of 5 years of international sales experience.
* A degree in Business studies, Economics, or equivalent education.
* Confirmed negotiation skills and a proven track-record in sales and business strategic planning and execution.
* Good knowledge of P&L management and profit optimization.
* Excellent IT reporting tool utilization skills and fluency in French and English.
* Ability to communicate, negotiate, influence, and build trust in a multi-cultural environment.
