In this role, you will be reporting to the Group General Counsel and responsible for supporting in defining and implementing global Integrity procedures, including awareness & training. You will be providing legal advice, contract support, dispute management and integrity guidance, as well as managing strategic projects and M&A and support on Group sustainability and other governance matters.Your Responsibilities:IntegritySupport in defining and implementing Global Integrity procedures, including the Group Code of Conduct, and continuous improvement, in collaboration with the Group Integrity Officer.Design and deliver awareness & training concepts, content, delivery modes, training administration and reporting (incl. under CSRD), incl. risk-/cost-/efficiency-based make/buy decisions.Responsible to manage parts of the Accelleron global compliance program, including appropriate internal controls for preventing and detecting possible breaches.Support implementation and operation of retaliation-free reporting channels available to all stakeholders. Manage internal investigations, coordinating with outside resources, including case resolution, implementation of disciplinary action and other remediation.Legal Counsel (M&A and Region)Structure, draft, review and negotiate M&A, JV and reorganizations, and co-lead the deal process incl. outside counsel management and cost, as well as conduct due diligence and assess risks in corporate deals along Accelleron risk posture.Provide legal advice to global management and local teams in the Region, protect legal interests of the organization and manage disputes matters.Design contract standards and provide contract reviews and negotiation support for all types of commercial agreements.Design and deliver appropriate trainings.Global Governance and SustainabilityAct as part of the global Legal & Integrity team, participate in global projects and provide support to Legal & Integrity members in other countries.Manage external service providers, including external legal counsel, along agreed financial targets and constraints.Support on regulatory, strategic and reporting aspects of Group Sustainability.Act as Secretary of a committee of the Board of Directors.Your Background:Master of Laws degree from a reputable law school; bar admission an assetAt least 5 years of position-relevant post-qualification experience in an international business environmentExperience in establishing and running compliance processes, with a focus on antibribery & corruption or antitrust or data/AI governanceExperience in leading strategic corporate projects/M&AExperience in Sustainability-related matters an assetHigh degree of professional ethics and integritySound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information, and create risk-based solutionsOutstanding stakeholder communication skillsFluency and agility in oral and written English & German a must; further languages an assetYour Benefits:Attractive compensation & benefitsEmployee Assistance ProgramGlobal parental leave programWe look forward to receiving your application.
