Your responsibilities
- In this role, you will oversee controlling activities for the Wind Production & Services division in an international context and collaborate closely with the Controlling Team for new renewable energies
- You act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for the business, leveraging your strong communication and consulting skills to take on key responsibilities
- You will provide financial leadership for division management, focusing on wind services and solar assets, contributing significantly to achieving divisional goals
- Furthermore, you will support the development of new business ideas and the elaboration of business plans, with a focus on reporting, planning and ensuring financial statements
- You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and gradually take on additional tasks and responsibilities.
Your skills
- You have a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (university / university of applied sciences) in Business Administration or Finance.
- You have Initial relevant professional experience in a similar role and solid knowledge of ERP systems (R/3 or S/4 HANA is an advantage)
- Strong analytical skills, a quick grasp of complex concepts, and an excellent communicative personality will facilitate your entry into the subject matter
- A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for the field enable you to take ownership of your tasks
- Fluency in German and English (Italian is a plus), along with advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
