Job Description
This is a full-time position that involves handling the A-Z of recruitment activities, including business development, client management, sourcing, interviews, and placements.
You will have access to our new database and tools to create and track projects, as well as source candidates internationally.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Fluent English language skills + French or German depending on your location
* 5-8 years of experience in recruitment or executive search
* Good knowledge of the local market and a desire to expand to European level
* Experience in recruiting HR, Finance, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical trials, etc.
* Tech-savvy with knowledge of latest sourcing techniques
* Results-driven, resilient, entrepreneurial with a strong desire to hit high targets and contribute to company growth
