We’re seeking a dynamic Strategy & Operations Analyst to help Management and our Head of Operations to drive strategic decision-making through analytical insights and deep understanding of our business processes. Our ideal candidate is a smart and proactive problem-solver and can think of more than one way to solve a problem. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement, optimizing operations, and supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
As our Strategy & Operations Analyst, your mission is:
* Drive strategic projects: You'll be a vital part of the team, contributing to the success of key business initiatives that align with our strategic goals in close collaboration with the Head of Operation and C-level
* Leverage data insights: You’ll use data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive informed decision-making
* Enhance operational efficiency: You’ll contribute to streamlining processes and optimizing operational performance
Tasks
Project Management
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
* Coordinate project tasks and resources, collaborating with cross-functional teams
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
* Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment
Data Analysis & Reporting
* Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and insights
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Utilize data analysis tools to extract and analyze data
* Provide data-driven recommendations to support operational decision-making
* Develop clear, concise, and compelling presentations and reports for C-level
Operational Process Improvement
* Analyze existing operational processes and identify opportunities for optimization
* Support the implementation of process improvements and new operational strategies
* Monitor the effectiveness of process changes and provide recommendations for further enhancements
* Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
