RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identify user needs in collaboration with local teams and the UX Manager, conduct user studies, and produce data-driven analyses.
2. Support the Business Owners in creating User Stories and adopt a consumer-centric strategy.
3. Prioritize projects and improvements to achieve e-commerce objectives.
4. Work with the Technical Leader to define project specifications and ensure adherence to timelines, scope, budget, and development quality.
5. Oversee testing and coordinate with the QA Manager and the business owners.
6. Support the Head of E-Commerce in animating the international network, share the roadmap and project progress, and facilitate regular exchanges and best-practice sharing with other brands in the group.
7. Train local e-commerce managers, share best practices, and promote Agile methodologies.
8. Plan the deployment of new features, and monitor and optimize popular payment methods in collaboration with e-commerce managers and the payment method lead.
9. Define requirements and priorities based on data, analyze the impact of newly implemented features, and set up fraud detection use cases with stakeholders.
10. Continuously monitor e-commerce trends.
PROFILE
1. Degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Project Management, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience.
2. Proficiency in Agile (SCRUM) project management.
3. Strong technical problem-solving skills.
4. Knowledge of UX and UI, with a user-focused approach.
5. Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
6. Team player, rigorous, organized, and flexible.
7. Significant experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, preferably in an international e-commerce setting.
8. Proven ability to manage a feature backlog using an advanced ticketing tool (e.g., Jira).
9. Solid experience in implementing payment methods and fraud management tools.
10. In-depth knowledge of UX and UI, with a strong focus on user needs.
