We seek a Community Insights Manager to redesign our data architecture and drive novel insights in manufacturing and supply chain innovation.
This role involves enhancing our data ecosystem to deliver tailored engagement with partners.
Reporting Lines & Interactions
You will report to the Head of the Centre and the Lead of Technology & Innovation based in Geneva.
Breakdown of Responsibilities
1. Data Architecture: Analyze and improve our data systems and architecture.
2. Insights Generation: Create a sophisticated data ecosystem to generate valuable insights on manufacturing and supply chain innovation.
3. Self-Service Portal and Database: Develop a self-service community portal and database to improve collaboration and knowledge sharing.
4. Data-Based Value Delivery: Contribute to a comprehensive data strategy that delivers value to partners.
5. Collaboration and Engagement: Collaborate with teams to enhance the data ecosystem and develop innovative data products.
Requirements and Experience
1. At least 5 years of experience working with data analysis, visualization, digital applications development and related fields.
2. Bachelor's or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
3. Familiarity with manufacturing, emerging technologies and trends in data science.
4. Strong understanding of data rights management.
5. Ability to synthesize data and provide meaningful insights.
6. Self-starter with cross-functional experience in an international environment.
