Key Responsibilities:
* To oversee F&B operations in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to Relais & Château standards.
* Familiarity with various service types, including à la carte, banquet, gueridon, buffet, and others.
* Providing exceptional customer service, anticipating guests' needs and preferences.
* Managing cash operations and driving sales growth through effective upselling and targeting strategies.
* Ensuring smooth restaurant operations from order taking to guest departure, maintaining Relais & Château standards throughout.
* Assisting in beverage supply management, maintaining optimal stock levels aligned with hotel occupancy forecasts.
* Responsible for closing and opening F&B outlets according to Hotel standards.
* Collaborating with the Chef to coordinate banquet groups, developing tailored menus that meet customers' preferences while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
* Demonstrated knowledge of food and wine pairings.
Requirements:
* Holding a qualification (CFC or equivalent) and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in German, French, or English.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other hotel departments.
