Key Facts: SAP SuccessFactors Expertise, HR Process Knowledge, System Integration and Optimization, Reporting and Analytics, Uzwil/home office.
Main tasks:
1. Take ownership of configuring, managing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, and Performance Management.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the system meets business requirements and drives HR excellence.
3. Leverage experience in reporting and analytics (SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus) to provide actionable HR insights.
4. Manage the full system lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, training, and post-launch support.
5. Ensure modules align with business requirements and industry best practices.
6. Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting to maintain optimal system performance.
7. Perform regular system updates, enhancements, and ensure seamless integration across modules.
8. Collaborate with HR and key stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions.
9. Act as a liaison between HR and IT to ensure smooth operations and integration.
10. Create system documentation, user guides, and process flows to support team and user proficiency.
11. Develop and manage HR reports and dashboards, utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for insights into HR metrics.
12. Conduct training sessions for HR staff and end-users to enhance platform utilization.
13. Share best practices and promote knowledge sharing within the team to improve SAP SuccessFactors expertise.
Your qualifications:
1. Proven expertise in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, and Performance Management.
2. In-depth understanding of HR processes, including talent acquisition, employee lifecycle, performance management, and talent development.
3. Practical experience in system integration, configuration, and testing within SAP SuccessFactors.
4. Strong ability to work cross-functionally with HR and IT teams.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills for resolving complex system issues.
6. Effective communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting and data visualization (highly advantageous).
