About Worn Again: We are a pioneering company working on a unique textile recycling process, aiming to eliminate waste and create a world where resources are constantly cycled.
Challenge: Textile waste is a significant problem, with millions of tons ending up in landfills and combustion plants every year. Despite growing demand for recycled clothing, only a small fraction of used textiles are recycled back into fibers.
Solution: Our innovative technology can separate, clean and extract polyester and cotton from end-of-life textiles, producing sustainable materials like Circular Polyester and Forest-friendly Cellulose.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage the Wet-Dope-Spinning-Process for cellulosic fibers.
* Oversee equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning.
* Scale the process from laboratory to industrial production.
* Drive the scale-up of chemical recycling processes to commercial levels.
Profile: To succeed in this role, you should have a Master's degree in chemical or Process Engineering, experience in wet spinning fiber processes, and a strong background in process simulation and fluid mechanics software.
We offer a competitive salary package, stock options, and a dynamic international team environment. If you are ready to contribute to revolutionary change in textile recycling, apply now.
