3. Realizing the internal assembly and external installation of our isolators for customers worldwide
4. Ensuring efficient, high-quality, cost-effective and timely project execution
5. Continuous further development and improvement of internal processes
6. Personal and professional development of employees
7. Close exchange and cross-departmental collaboration with stakeholders
8. Contributing to the strategy and future planning of the division
9. Responsible for the safety of employees
Hardskills
10. Completed basic technical training with further training as an industrial foreman or technician
11. Several years of professional and management experience in an industrial environment
12. Management with key performance indicators (KPI)
13. Experience with lean management
14. Business fluent in German and English
