Working Student – Junior HR Global Mobility Specialist
We offer you a challenging position in a truly international and fast-moving environment. In your role as a Junior Global Mobility Specialist, you manage and coordinate business travelers, cross-border remote workers, and cross-border commuters.

Your contribution to KPMG
* Ensure the regulatory compliance of firm-wide international business travel and cross-border remote work
* Advise employees and the business on the social insurance as well as the taxation aspects of business travel and cross-border remote work
* Support HR Global Mobility Specialists during the entire assignment life cycle of our employees
* Coordinate payroll, finance, tax, and external providers
* Cooperate with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, Payroll, as well as our Tax & Legal department
This is what makes you successful
* Currently in part-time studies (Bachelor or Master)
* Keen interest in areas such as immigration, social security, taxation, and compliance in an international environment
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English and German is a must, French is a plus
* Ability to deal with competing priorities while guaranteeing high-quality output
* Service-oriented, pro-active personality with a strong motivation to work independently
* Good IT skills
