For the team in the Asian restaurant, we are looking for a South Asian Cuisine Chef to join the team.
In this versatile position, you are responsible for the preparation of authentic Asian specialties. You work hand in hand with the chef de cuisine and the other specialty chefs. We offer you a varied work environment in a growing destination.
Your activities:
Accepting the groceries delivered daily in compliance with internal guidelines
Run your own station and prepare the necessary dishes
Close cooperation with the demi chef de partie, commis de cuisine, and trainees
Organization to ensure a smooth process during the service
Cost-conscious and careful handling of the food/materials provided
Compliance with cleanliness, safety, and hygiene guidelines (HACCP)
Requirements Completed cooking training and several years of professional experience, ideally in Asia
Excellent knowledge of traditional Asian cuisine
Flexibility and passion for cooking
Distinctive quality thinking, teamwork, and organizational talent
Radiance of competence, cordiality, and dynamism
Perfect knowledge of the English language
Professional appearance towards guests
