We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in timekeeping for a temporary assignment until August 31, 2026.
Who you are:
To be successful in this position, we see that you bring knowledge from working in Payroll with SAP and preferably GlobalView. If you already have knowledge from Interflex, that is a big advantage, as well as experience with timekeeping solutions.
Furthermore, we think you have:
1. Business Process expert knowledge within payroll
2. Knowledge of country legal requirements within the area of expertise
3. Ability to translate business needs in terms of technical solutions
4. Analytical mindset
5. People and communication skills
6. Strong attention to detail with good personal discipline and an ability to work within set deadlines, as part of a team or independently
7. Fluent in English
Your responsibilities:
1. Provide expert knowledge within the area of expertise on related requirements, legal background, and labor legislation to both project and the stores
2. Ensure User Stories and Acceptance Criteria are qualified and reviewed from a value perspective before start and during the project
3. Provide input on business requirements to design workshops & sprint sessions
4. Give input to gap analysis on country and global processes and raise risks to the Country Project Lead
5. Perform testability review of requirements and specification documents together with the Country Test Lead
6. Provide support to and perform testing and training, raising defects with all the relevant details to ensure a good understanding from the vendor
7. Develop content for impacted stakeholders in change activities, communication material, and training
8. Approve documentation of the systems functionality
