JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join our team at the Schaffhausen office. In this role, you’ll support a variety of HR responsibilities, from managing daily operations to contributing to initiatives that shape our employee experience in an international and dynamic organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
1. Assist employees with administrative needs and provide guidance and training to managers on HR processes and policies.
2. Collaborate closely with the HR Manager and Talent Lead to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, and onboarding processes.
3. Lead employee development programs, advise people leaders on HR topics, and collaborate with the HR team on key initiatives.
4. Manage work permits, payroll updates, employee documentation, and timekeeping while ensuring compliance with Swiss labor laws.
5. Prepare reports for Finance and Swiss Government.
YOUR PROFILE:
1. Proven track record in an HR role (e.g., HR Admin, Generalist, or Junior HRBP), preferably within an international environment.
2. Successfully completed HR qualifications and/or certifications.
3. Strong understanding of HR best practices, Swiss labor laws, and compliance requirements.
4. Proficient in MS Office, with a strong affinity for HR systems such as Workday or Personio (a plus).
5. Fluent in English and (Swiss) German.
6. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and handle sensitive situations professionally.
7. A proactive mindset, strong people skills, and interest in growing into a senior HR role.
