About the job:
* You are accountable for generating business and managing your own P&L.
* You develop new businesses for GXP CONSULTING Switzerland via various lead generation channels and develop existing business relations with current customers.
* You manage and execute the entire end-to-end selling process: initial lead inquiry, qualification of opportunities, requirements gathering, project scope definition, effort estimation, proposal development, SOW creation, contract negotiation, and closing.
* You continuously recruit, interview, and match candidates to have already qualified talent ready to meet customer’s current and anticipated needs.
* You act as a leader to build and grow your own team of consultants, including career and personal development.
* You implement strategies to grow the assigned market segments.
* You ensure that deliverables are compliant with clients' expectations and business profitability/objectives.
* You develop and manage key relationships with clients to drive additional new business and provide proper communication on account activity.
About you:
* You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration/Economics with a good understanding of Engineering or a degree in Engineering/Life Sciences with a keen interest in active business development.
* Previous experience in a B2B service provider industry is mandatory together with outstanding hiring and staffing skills.
* You possess significant experience in the Life Science industry, and your industry-specific expertise helps you understand the project requirements and identify the technical skillset necessary for targeted customer support.
* You possess excellent negotiation, collaboration, and team-building skills.
* You are an effective communicator and speak fluent German and English.
* You like to be challenged; you achieve and even go beyond your objectives.
