In our quest to revolutionize the world's infrastructure, we are seeking a Global Marketing Manager Fire Safety and Security Services for our SI Building Business Unit Team within our SI S Marketing Unit.
Location: This position will be located in either Zug, Switzerland.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Global Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the marketing efforts for our Fire Safety and Security Services. As the Global Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our fire safety and security solutions on a global scale. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while making a positive impact on safety in the built environment.
Your new responsibilities
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for our Fire Safety and Security Services, including the creation of marketing campaigns, content, and collateral.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Technical Units, Countries, Communications, and Offer Marketing, to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy and objectives.
3. Define and articulate the value proposition for our fire safety and Security solutions, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
4. Lead the strategic narrative for fire safety and Security services, providing guidance to demand generation and sales teams in positioning and promoting our offerings.
5. Create compelling and customer-centric content for various channels, including digital assets, sales collateral, whitepapers, and event materials.
6. Leverage market, customer, and competitive insights to drive marketing initiatives and identify new growth opportunities.
7. Conduct research when necessary to gather actionable insights and stay ahead of industry trends.
8. Collaborate with global and remote teams to translate marketing strategies into effective campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.
9. Actively promote Siemens' Fire Safety and Security Services and contribute to the positioning of Siemens as a leader in the industry.
10. Stay updated on the latest marketing best practices and benchmarking to continually improve our marketing activities.
Your talents and experience
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
2. Additional certifications in marketing or fire safety and Security would be advantageous.
3. Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the fire safety and Security or related industry.
4. Strong understanding of fire safety and Security concepts, practices, and regulations.
5. Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment.
6. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing plans on a global scale and experience in creating impactful marketing campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences.
7. Proficient in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
9. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools for demand generation.
10. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
11. Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
