Description and Requirements
As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for handling the assigned accounts and acquiring new customers in the Suisse Romande territory. The position we offer is a hybrid role, and the office location is in Geneva.
This position reports to the Sales Leader and General Manager for Infrastructure Solution Group Switzerland.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:
* Nurture trusted relationships with the accounts in your designated areas, understand their requirements, and develop suitable solutions. Ensure proactive follow-up, provide product information, and manage their needs and expectations.
* Advise your clients and potential customers on business challenges and requirements as well as the available options and their benefits.
* Acquire new customers and partners and support them while simultaneously maximizing customer satisfaction.
* Plan, organize, and execute all commercial activities specific to the accounts, including the introduction of new products and marketing activities.
* Create and implement business plans to increase Lenovo's market share while monitoring market developments.
* Inform existing customers about new products and roadmaps, propose upgrades, and offer suitable transition solutions.
* Configure, price, negotiate, and prepare sales solution quotes.
* Drive revenue growth within your diverse business partner base by leveraging our channel incentive programs.
* Collaborate with Lenovo's channel partners in demand generation and marketing activities.

* Have at least 5 years of experience in sales of IT infrastructure solutions (hard-/software and services).
* Are familiar with the reseller and solution partner business in Switzerland.
* Possess an entrepreneurial personality, are customer-focused, and can deliver exceptional solutions well beyond customer expectations.
* Have professional fluency in French and English; German is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Higher Technical Degree.
* MBA preferred.
