Real Estate Inside Sales (Bilingual - Spanish and English)
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Real Estate Inside Sales Representative. This position involves managing and nurturing leads through every step of their journey, starting from the initial interaction to successful conversion. Responsibilities
Cold Caller Roles and Responsibilities:
* Call Sellers in the Immediate market
* Decipher between Cold, Warm, and Hot lead through the qualifying process.
* Naturally transition between Friendly and assertive to get a deal done.
* Make Follow-ups on the leads.
* Manage and prioritize inbound leads from various sources, such as website inquiries, email campaigns, social media, and events.
* Engage with leads via multiple communication channels (email, phone calls, video conferences) to collect information, answer questions, and build relationships.
* Maintain accurate and current records of all lead interactions and activities within the CRM system.
* Provide regular updates and reports on lead status, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
* Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
* Motivated by sales goals and driven to achieve results.
* Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Compensation: $5 - $7 hourly
